Talco Warranty Information
All light fixtures purchased from Talco are covered by warranty for manufacturer and/or installation defects. Manufacturer’s warranties vary by product while all installation issues are covered for one year from the installation date.

Cape Cod Series: Lifetime manufacturer’s warranty
Commino Series: Lifetime manufacturer’s warranty
Coppertino Series: Lifetime manufacturer’s warranty
Deck and Wall Series: 10-year manufacturer’s warranty
Designer Series: 5-year manufacturer’s warranty
Grill Lights: 10-year manufacturer’s warranty
Transformers: 5-year manufacturer’s warranty

If, within the specified time frame, said product fails due to defect in materials or workmanship it will be repaired or replaced free of charge at the discretion of Talco. The manufacturer’s warranty does not apply to repairs, adjustments, or replacement of a Talco product or part that is inoperable due to abuse, accident, misuse, negligence, alteration, modification, tampering, or improper installation and/or maintenance by anyone other than an employee of Talco or a dealer contracted on behalf of Talco.
CAUTION: DO NOT INSTALL THIS LIGHT FIXTURE WITHIN 5 FEET OF SWIMMING POOLS OR SPAS
1. An Easy-Connect cable connector is provided for connecting the cable from the control module to each light fixture head. Unscrew the Easy-Connect and place the fixture cable and main control module cable inside the Easy-Connect. Press prongs from Easy-Connect opposite half into cable and tighten Easy-Connect together.
2. After electrical connections have been made, check fixture to make sure fixture turns on. If fixture does not turn on, make sure bulb is in place and prong on the Easy-Connect are in contact with cables.
3. To replace light bulb, unscrew the hood. Pull bulb from socket (make sure bulb is cool, these bulbs get very hot!)
4. Adjust vertical beam of light by loosening the swivel screw.
Bulb Replacement: Use bulb #MR-16, 12-volt halogen bulb. Check fixture for maximum watt capacity. These bulbs can be purchased from TouchStone Accent Lighting, leading automotive parts retailers, home centers and hardware stores.
NOTE: This lighting system is designed for long life under normal conditions. However, lamps eventually burn out and shorten the life of remaining bulbs. Local power conditions (high input voltage, poor voltage regulation, etc.) will also affect lamp life. It is important to replace burned out bulbs promptly.
FULL TEN-YEAR WARRANTY
If within ten (10) years from the date of purchase, the product fails due to defect in materials or workmanship, TouchStone Accent Lighting, Inc. will repair or replace it free of charge. The warranty does not apply to: (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, mishandling, dropping; (b) units which have been subject to unauthorized repair, opened, taken apart; (c) units not used in accordance with the directions; (d) damages exceeding the cost of the production; (e) sealed lamps and/or light bulbs. Some states do not allow a limitation of damages, so the foregoing limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The warranty service is available by either, (a) returning the product to the dealer from whom the unit was purchased, or (b) mailing postage prepaid to TouchStone Accent Lighting, Inc. (see below). Please be sure to wrap product securely when mailing so avoid shipping damage. This warranty is made by: TouchStone Accent Lighting, Inc. 2425 W. Industrial Blvd., Long Lake, MN 55356.
On-line Purchase Return Policy
TouchStone Accent Lighting will refund the purchase price, less any shipping and handling charges, on products purchased on-line, for a period of 30 days after the invoice date. This pertains to unopened and unused product. Any product opened and unused will be subject to an additional 15% re-stock charge and any special order product, product other than what TouchStone handles, is not subject to return. All products must be returned in the original packaging.
A RMA must be obtained prior to return and product being shipped back to TouchStone. Shipping charges are at the senders expense and must be shipped within 5 days of an RMA being issued. RMA’s can be obtained by calling 888.475.2112.
Any returns will be refunded to original credit card. After 30 days, TouchStone Accent Lighting reserves the right not to accept any returned materials.
In the event of error on TouchStone’s part, all shipping and handling will be incurred by TouchStone.
